TCU is continuing to land recruits at a rapid pace.
The Horned Frogs have secured four commitments following their big official visit weekend. The latest verbal pledge comes by way of four-star Newton defensive end James Sylvester.
He announced his decision via Twitter.
Sylvester picked TCU over offers from Alabama, Florida State, Georgia, LSU, Oklahoma, Oregon, Texas A&M, Texas Tech and others.
At 6-foot-5, 240 pounds, Sylvester is ranked as the No. 12 strong-side defensive end and No. 220 overall prospect in the country, per Rivals.com.
TCU now has seven commits in its 2020 recruiting class.
