The Jim Schlossnagle coaching tree is growing again, as former TCU Baseball assistant Ryan Shotzberger has been named the head coach at Incarnate Word after a stint serving with Todd Whitting at Houston.
As you can see from the above tweet, Shotzberger has won everywhere he has been, with nine rings under his belt already. Working primarily with catchers while in Fort Worth, Shotzberger oversaw Bryan Holaday’s development as well as others, helping the Frogs to their first College World Series berth.
