If you're planning on attending any of TCU football's home games this upcoming season prior to the Horned Frogs' late-October homecoming date vs. Texas, get ready to see construction crews hard at work.
TCU athletic director Jeremiah Donati announced in a release Thursday that the east-side expansion of Amon G. Carter Stadium won't be complete until at least Oct. 26, a result of construction-delays caused by rain this past fall. The project was originally scheduled to be complete by the start of the 2019 season in late August.
"The decision was made after much discussion with Turner Construction," Donati said in the release.
