Foster Sawyer still feels he has football left in him even after his college career didn’t go according to plan.
Sawyer, a standout quarterback at Fort Worth All Saints who didn’t pan out at TCU and ended up at Stephen F. Austin, has been preparing for a professional career at APEC this offseason.
He was the quarterback for TCU ex KaVontae Turpin’s personal pro day last month at Paschal High School, and caught the eyes of professional scouts.
Once the scouts had seen enough on-field work by Turpin, they asked Sawyer to throw a few more passes.
