It didn't come without a blown 21-point lead and a go-ahead 3-pointer by Desmond Bane in the closing seconds, but the Horned Frogs managed to survive against a pesky Oklahoma State team in the opening round of the Big 12 tournament Wednesday, escaping with a 73-70 victory.
And that was how chaos reigned in the first of many games to be played this week at Sprint Center in Kansas City, Mo.
