Baylor quarterback Seth Russell is undergoing concussion protocol from a hit suffered in the Bears' loss to Texas on Saturday, interim head coach Jim Grobe announced at his weekly press conference.
"Seth experienced some problems later that evening," Grobe revealed Monday, "and will go through concussion protocol. We feel really good about him. We like he's fine. We just got to make sure. We don't want to take any chances with him.
"And that will take a little while because they do some tests. You have to do some physical testing as well as mental testing. I don't think (there's) a timeline on that but we feel good about Seth.
