In 1974, Jamey Wright is born (literally nothing else Rays related happened). Wright spent the 2013 season with Tampa Bay and finally reached the postseason for the first time in his 18 year career. Wright served a solid veteran presence in the Rays bullpen and was a decent middle relief guy for Joe Maddon. He finished the season with a 3.09 ERA and a 3.13 FIP to along with a 22.6 K% and a 8.0 BB% over 70 innings pitched.
