Tampa Bay Rays right-hander Chris Archer began the 2015 season looking like one of the best pitchers in baseball. Through 16 starts, he was 9-4 with a 2.01 ERA, striking out 123 while walking just 24 in 103 innings. In his 14 starts since then, however, he has been decent rather than great, going 3-7 with a 4.03 ERA and a 113-27 strikeout to walk ratio in 89.1 IP.
