Last night, the Tampa Bay Rays fell in a disaster of a game to the Texas Rangers.
The Rays took an early 2-0 lead in the first, but Andrew Kittridge and Jalen Beeks teamed up to surrender seven runs to the Rangers. The Rays offense immediately stormed back and tied the game in the 2nd.
Eventually, the Rays would regain the lead but the usually impenetrable Nick Anderson yielded a three run shot to give the Rangers a 10-8 advantage and Texas would go on to win, 10-9. The Rays would have four runners picked off the basepaths during the night, including Matt Duffy from third base and Ji-Man Choi from second.
