- Shane McClanahan – P
- Sam McWilliams – P
- Joe Ryan – P
- Phoenix Sanders – P
- Ryan Sherriff – P
- Brett Sullivan – C/OF
- Ryan Thompson – P
- Taylor Walls – IF
In addition to these 15 players, the Rays signed pitchers, Dylan Covey and John Curtiss to minor league contracts with an invitation to spring.
