Sergio Romo will remain with the Tampa Bay Rays through the end of the season.
According to a report from Jon Heyman, it appears as though the Rays placed Romo on revocable waivers, and after he was claimed, the Rays pulled him back, meaning he cannot be traded for the rest of the year.
Sergio Romo, who could help a lot of teams, is said "not going anywhere." he was believed to have been on waivers earlier, so it seems likely he was claimed and pulled back.

The Rays signed Romo as a free agent prior to spring training, following an impressive performance from him during the second half of the 2017 season.
