Rays release new St. Petersburg stadium renderings

The Tampa Bay Rays and ballpark design firm Populous have released new renderings and more details about their planned Rays neighborhood ballpark in St. Petersburg’s Historic Gas Plant District.

This includes a closer look at the gameday plaza outside the primary entrance in left field.

The Rays design nestles the stadium along a central thoroughfare sure to be busy on gamedays.
