Wander Franco (Bowling Green) came through in the clutch with a walk-off single. Michael Perez (Durham) continued his rehab in AAA. Ian Gibaut (Charlotte) made a rehab appearance.
Triple-A Durham Bulls (35-26)
The Durham Bulls defeated the Gwinnett Stripers 12-3. A second inning two run homer off the bat of Emilio Bonifacio. Gwinnett quickly tied the game at two in the bottom of the frame. Durham put up a four spot in the fifth with RBI singles by Michael Perez and Nate Lowe. The Bulls put up four more in the seventh with an RBI double by Jake Smolinski being the big hit of the frame.
