Ryne Stanek had a great start last Saturday, bouncing back from his last two starts where he allowed six runs. Willy Adames hit his seventh homer of the year, furthering the argument that the 20-year old is ready for Triple A.
Triple-A Durham Bulls (25-32)
Durham pulled out a win in an slugfest, a 9-8 victory over the Gwinnett Braves. The Bulls and Braves exchanged the lead four times overall. Daniel Robertson drove in four, including a three-run home run in the fourth inning. Richie Shaffer went 3-for-6 with an RBI, and Jaff Decker walked three times and also drove in a run.
