The 2018 minor league season is now in the books, and it was a good one for the Rays. They graduated prospects to the majors, even more prospects broke out, and from top to bottom in the organization, players and teams had success on the field.
Triple-A Durham Bulls (79-60)
Durham fell in an early hole and couldn’t get out in its 14-4 loss to Memphis in the Triple-A National Championship. The Bulls were unable to slow down the Redbirds’ relentless offense, allowing five multi-run innings. They scored two off Chih-Wei Hu in the first, and back-to-back three-run innings in the third and fourth gave them an early 8-0 lead.
