The Steven Souza Jr. trade wasn’t the Rays’ only recent deal with Arizona. Over the offseason, they also sent Brad Boxberger to the Diamondbacks for right-handed pitcher Curtis Taylor. After starting the season with Charlotte, he’s been pitching great since a promotion to Double-A Montgomery. In 35 2⁄3 innings, the 22-year-old has a 1.96 ERA with a 32.6 percent strikeout rate and 9.9 percent walk rate.
