Mike Franco struck out seven in three innings of relief in the Stone Crabs' win
Bowling Green managed little offense in its loss, gathering seven hits yet they were only able to score one run. The Hot Rods will be on milb.tv again tonight for anyone who would like to see them.
Triple-A Durham Bulls (17-25)
A three-run bottom of the eighth wasn't nearly enough to overcome a six-run deficit as the Bulls lost to the Rochester Red Wings, 6-3. Dayron Varona hit a two-run double and Nick Franklin followed that up with an RBI single to get the three runs.
