Brent Honeywell's strikeout and walk rates are still great, but he has been getting hit lately.
Triple-A Durham Bulls (31-25)
Part-time baseball player and full-time waiver fodder Ryan Lavarnway hit a walk-off home run in Durham's 4-3 loss to Gwinnett in 11 innings. After working 1 1/3 innings, Jim Miller came out to start the 11th, and Lavarnway ended the game quickly as the first batter in the frame. J.P. Arencibia's solo home run got the Bulls on the board in the sixth inning, and Corey Brown's homer in the ninth sent the game to extras.
