Durham was unable to dig out of a 4-0 hole in its 4-2 loss to Charlotte. A three-run home run for the Knights broke the game open in the fifth, and Matt Buschmann would not survive the inning, finishing with four runs allowed on six hits and four walks in four-plus innings.
