Jacob Faria and Jose Mujica had solid outings as well. Scott Diamond, though, did not.
Triple-A Durham Bulls (49-46)
Scott Diamond allowed three home runs in Durham's 5-2 loss to Charlotte. Not only did he allow three home runs, they all came in the first inning, and the Bulls were down 3-0 after one inning. The Knights got him for another run with back-to-back doubles, and he finished with four runs allowed on eight hits in five innings. Richie Shaffer's two-run homer in the eighth accounted for Durham's offense.
