The Rays fell to the Baltimore Orioles 4-2 on Sunday to fall to 31-34 on the season. The loss marks the third straight in this four-game Orioles series, and the fifth loss to Baltimore since May 31.
Zack Littell took the mound to start this game for the Rays, going six innings allowing three runs and seven hits while striking out three, however the big news on the mound was Baltimore’s Grayson Rodriguez, who carried a perfect game through 5 1/3 innings. He left the game having given up two runs on two hits.
Adley Rutschman was also a standout in the game for Baltimore, tallying six RBI, a run and three hits in the win.
