Longoria first Ray to hit 200 homers, but Oriole's win 7-6 in 11

BALTIMORE — The Baltimore Orioles maybe fading fast in the standings, but they showed Wednesday they will not go quietly.

The Orioles rallied twice then finished off the Tampa Bay Rays in 11 innings when Chris Davis homered off Matt Andriese.

The loss snapped the Rays three-game winning streak and dropped them back to a game under .500 for the season.

Jonathan Schoop’s two-run homer off Brad Boxberger in the ninth inning tied the score at 6-6. It was Boxberger’s fifth blown save of the season and it ended a streak of three straight scoreless outings by the AL leader in saves.
