SEATTLE – The odds say the more times the Tampa Bay Rays face Felix Hernandez in his home park they will eventually beat the Seattle Mariners.
The Rays lost 2-1 and are now 0-10 in Seattle during games started by Felix Hernandez.
The game winner was a solo home run by Austin Jackson against Steve Geltz in the seventh inning the broke a 1-1 tie.
Hernandez, who was not as dominant as he was when he faced the Rays at Tropicana Field on May 27, still earned the victory.
Alex Colome went six innings and picked up the loss.
