The Tampa Bay Rays are finally playing an opponent out of the American League East following 9 straight games to against the Red Sox and Yankees to open the season.

The Rays have lost eight games in a row (1-8) while the White Sox come into play with a record of 3-5.

Today, the Rays will have a short bench following Brad Miller’s placement on the disabled list, as well as Kevin Kiermaier’s lingering ailments.
