This year’s World Cup of Hockey should be exciting for all hockey fans but especially for Tampa Bay Lightning fans. The Tampa Bay Lightning will be represented by 12 players in this year’s World Cup. The players have been placed on seven different teams, including teams Canada, Czech Republic, Russia, Finland, Sweden, North America, and the USA.
Lightning players, Ben Bishop, Steven Stamkos, Victor Hedman, Anton Stralman, Nikita Kucherov, Vladislav Namestnikov, Andrei Vasilevskiy, Nikita Nesterov, Ondrej Palat, Andrej Sustr, Jonathan Drouin, and Valterri Filppula will be in the World Cup this year.
