If there is anything that has become a painful reality for the Tampa Bay Lightning this season, it is dealing with an overabundant amount of injuries to key players on the team. This has led to a number of call-ups for some of the Tampa Bay Lightning’s younger players from the team’s American Hockey League affiliate, the Syracuse Crunch.
As some of those injured players near return, some of those call-ups are now finding their way back to Syracuse. According to Tampa Bay Lightning Beat Writer Bryan Burns, the Lightning has officially reassigned left wing Mike Angelidis to the Syracuse Crunch.
