The Tampa Bay Lightning have taken care of their own house this past week, shoring up Tyler Johnson, who was re-signed on Monday, and Ondrej Palat, who was re-signed earlier today. They can now turn their attention to the two remaining RFA’s left in the organization: forwards Michael Bournival and Tye McGinn.
Bournival has been re-signed first to a one-year, two-way contract. He will earn $650,000 in the NHL. What he will earn in the AHL has not yet been released.
Bournival played in 19 games with the Lightning this past season after being acquired last summer from the Montreal organization.
