As most of you know by now, a member of the Tampa Bay Lightning family received a tremendous opportunity that would unfortunately take them away from the Sunshine State and our beloved Tampa Bay Lightning.
Tampa Bay Lightning CEO Tod Leiweke has been offered the position of Chief Operating Officer of the National Football League. As you can imagine, with a task as daunting as this one Leiweke would be forced to leave his home here with the Tampa Bay Lightning in order to move closer to his new post.
On Monday, Tod Leiweke would serve his final day with the Tampa Bay Lightning.
