The Tampa Bay Lightning have announced that forwards Joel Vermin and Michael Bournival have been re-assigned to the Syracuse Crunch of the AHL. This should also be a signal that Alex Killorn and Ondrej Palat are ready to return to action.
Vermin has played in 11 games for the Lightning this season with three assists, including one in last night’s game against the Los Angeles Kings. He played in two games during this call-up as a replacement for Ondrej Palat.
Bournival came up to the Lightning on January 8 for his fourth recall of the season. He clicked with fellow French-Canadians Gabriel Dumont and Cedric Paquette on the fourth, “French Connection,” line.
