Today the Orlando Solar Bears have announced the signing of center Robbie Baillargeon for the 2018-19 season. Baillargeon was acquired by the Solar Bears last season at the trade deadline from the South Carolina Stingrays. He scored nine assists in 21 games for South Carolina and added another four assists in eight games for the Solar Bears. He also took part in six games with one assist during the playoffs. Baillargeon began his professional career last season after finishing his collegiate career. He has yet to score his first professional goal.
Measuring up at 6’0” and 165 pounds, Baillargeon is a slight forward and a former fifth-round draft pick of the Ottawa Senators in the 2012 NHL Entry Draft.
