There are no known threats against NFL stadiums, but fans can expect to see more security in and around Raymond James Stadium on Sunday in the wake of deadly terrorist attacks in Paris.
The Buccaneers, Lightning and other sports teams around the country were mindful of security in response to the attacks, which included suicide bombings outside the Stade de France during a soccer match.
On Saturday, NFL spokesman Brian McCarthy said there will be more security and law enforcement personnel at the venues and in parking lots, along with other added security measures.
A league statement said it has been told by the Department of Homeland Security and the FBI “that there are no known threats against NFL stadiums.
