TAMPA — Here’s how the Lightning fared in this year’s NHL Awards:
8:47 p.m. The Ted Lindsay Award goes to Nikita Kucherov of the Tampa Bay Lightning for being the most outstanding player (as voted by the players)
In his first time as a finalist for the Ted Lindsay Award, you could say Nikita Kucherov made history once again.
The Russian-born winger took home the Art Ross in addition to the Ted Lindsay Award on Wednesday night at the annual NHL Awards.
Kucherov’s season was one not too many will forget as he notched 128 point this year, the same number of points as his Presidents’ Trophy-winning team did.
