The Dallas Stars beat the Vegas Golden Knights in five games to advance to the Stanley Cup Finals after winning 3-2 on Monday night. Denis Gurianov scored the power play overtime goal to complete a daring comeback. The Stars were down 0-2 with 10 minutes to go in the final period. Jamie Benn, Joel Kiviranta, and Gurianov scored the three goals in the win, while Anton Khudobin, the man they call Dobby, stopped 34 of 36 in the win.
The Stars are coached by Lightning former assistant coach, Rick Bowness, who is in his first year as head coach of the Stars after taking over from Jim Montgomery in late 2019.
