Lightning center Tyler Johnson's frustating injury-filled season continues.
Johnson will likely miss the upcoming three-game road trip after re-aggravating an undisclosed injury Thursday against Ottawa, coach Jon Cooper said. Cooper said this is not a "multiple week thing," but they want to err on the side of caution with the All-Star, who will sit out his seventh game this season due to injuries.
"We just can't have this back for one, gone for three, back for one, gone for four," Cooper said. "We've got to make sure these guys are ready to go."
Johnson had just come back two games ago after missing three with what's believed to be a lower-body injury.
