Team Storm won both of their scrimmages Sunday, beating Team Rays and Team Bucs by 2-0 scores at Sunday’s Fan Fest, which drew 8,810 to Amalie Arena, according to the team.
Vladislav Namestnikov and Ondrej Palat scored in the victory against Team Rays, while Jeff Tambellini and Jason Garrison scored against Team Bucs.
Ryan Callahan and Stamkos scored for Team Rays in a 2-1 victory against Team Bucs, with D Dylan Blujus scoring the lone goal in a losing effort.
All three scrimmages ended with a full five-minute period of 3-on-3, which will be implemented for overtime starting in the regular season.
