CHICAGO — The Tampa Bay Lightning played a game of goalie rotation heading into their rematch of the Stanley Cup Final against the Chicago Blackhawks on Saturday.
Ben Bishop, who started the first eight games of the season, will be given the night off to take advantage of the two-day break before Tampa Bay next plays Tuesday in St. Louis.
He said he’s been dealing with an unspecified minor issue for the past four or five games.
“Playing eight in a row, plus the last two preseason games, you are talking about 10 games this month, and I had a pretty good run there,’’ Bishop said.
