The CHL playoffs are still underway, and a few Bolts prospects remain standing.
The Erie Otters survived their series against the London Knights. Goalie Tyler Parsons was trying to win the entire series himself, it seems. In game one the Otters outshot the Knights 46-12, but London won 2-0. To bookend the series, the Otters took over 60+ shots on net, but Parsons let in just five. A lot of goals, but it’s the same ratio as allowing 2 on 20 shots, no one would shame any goalie in that game.
The Soo Greyhounds and London Knights are eliminated, so we say good bye until next year to Mitchell Stephens and Boris Katchouk.
