Bolts' G Gudlevskis to be evaluated after possible injury

ESTERO - Already dealing with an injury to G Andrei Vasilevskiy, the Lightning will hold their breath awaiting word on Kristers Gudlevskis, who left Tuesday’s game with an upper-body injury suffered at the 15:26 mark of the first period of Tampa Bay’s game against Florida at a four-team prospect tournament at Germain Arena.

Gudlevskis appeared to injure his left shoulder or wrist area after a collision during a goal mouth scramble and lay prone on the ice for a few minutes before sitting up. But he tried to move his left arm around before getting back on his skates and leaving the ice for the remainder of the game, finishing with nine saves.
