Lightning goalie Ben Bishop was busy Tuesday morning, facing plenty of shots as teammates went through 3-on-3 scrimmages as part of informal workouts.
Not too bad considering Bishop suffered a torn groin muscle in June's Stanley Cup Final, an injury that forced him to miss just one game. How long has it taken for him to feel comfortable?
"I'm still getting there, to be honest," Bishop said with a chuckle. "It's going to come back pretty quick."
It'll have to. With backup goalie Andrei Vasilevskiy out 2-3 months after surgery to remove a blood clot, Bishop will likely have to carry his typical heavy load.
