Thursday night, the Carolina Panthers had a bit of an injury scare to there star Quarterback.
Cam Newton injured his food during the third preseason game and his week one status is now in doubt. Newton, suffered a “mild foot sprain” according to multiple reports, but there is now no guarantee that he will be ready for week one. According to the Panthers General manager, the team is “cautiously optimistic”.
Well, Newton’s injury last night may open up the eyes of not only the Buccaneer coaches, but coaches around the league as well.
