The Tampa Bay Buccaneers play their fourth and final preseason game of 2017 tonight, when they face Washington in Tampa.
The fourth preseason game is generally the least relevant one: almost all roster spots have been decided at that point, and almost no starters will even take the field. It's a minor opportunity for some at the bottom of the roster to show their stuff and earn a roster spot, though mostly they'll have to do that on special teams—that's the primary way bottom-of-the-roster guys get on a regular season roster.
Tonight will be no different: Dirk Koetter has already said the Bucs won't be suiting up their starters, which means Ryan Fitzpatrick will get by far the most playing time at quarterback today, what with Ryan Griffin still being injured.
