NFL tiebreaker procedures have granted the Tennessee Titans the No. 1 overall pick in the 2016 draft.
Here's where it gets interesting: The Titans drafted a franchise quarterback in Marcus Mariota last year. Assuming there are at least a handful of teams who hope to do the same this season, the Titans are in great position to turn the top pick into a draft-long bounty via trade. If they keep it and draft a position player, the Cleveland Browns would be in position to select their latest quarterback of the future.
We'll have plenty of time to debate, discuss and re-hash every possibility during the next four months.
