The Tampa Bay Buccaneers don’t have much to be happy about this year, but one of the positive results has been the emergence of a ridiculously strong group of tight ends.
Cameron Brate took another step forward this season, and is one of the best mid-range receiving tight ends in the NFL right now. And O.J. Howard has been very promising as a first-round pick, productive as both a blocker and a receiver, providing the versatility every team craves.
There’s also a third promising tight end hanging around the roster. Koetter highlighted Antony Auclair today, the undrafted free agent who played his college in Canada and somehow made it to the NFL.
