Halloween may be over but the horror movie that is the Buccaneers defense is still going strong. Atlanta Falcons handled the Buccaneers easily to win 43-28 and it wasn’t even that close. The game against the Raiders last week probably would’ve had a similar outcome if they didn’t break the record for penalties. The Buccaneers are a young team that needs to develop before it can win the big games. While not everyone performed well let’s take a look at the winners and losers.
