With the penultimate month of the 2019 NFL regular season coming to an end, the Buccaneers hit the road to take on the division rival Falcons at Mercedes-Benz Stadium on Sunday afternoon.
With both teams entering Week 12 at 3-7, last place in the NFC South was on the line. Atlanta, winners of back-to-back games over New Orleans and Carolina, came in as 3.5-point favorites over Tampa Bay with a 65.7% chance to win (per ESPN’s Football Power Index).
The Bucs came in with a ton of question marks about the future of their quarterback, the state of their roster as a whole and even the performance of their coaching staff.
