With the seventeenth pick in the fourth round of the 2018 NFL Draft, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers selected safety, Jordan Whitehead from Pittsburgh!
According to his NFL.com draft profile, Whitehead entered college football as one of the best recruits in the state of Pennsylvania.
Originally headed to Pitt as a cornerback, he was converted to safety and this is where we expect the Bucs to look at him first.
However, it’s important to remember the pick was announced as defensive back, not safety.
So the team apparently is open to trying out his skill set and seeing how he fits best.
