Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Scotty Miller “most intriguing project player”

Bleacher Report’s Brent Sobleski took to the task of identifying a project player on every team that raises the most intrigue heading into training camp. He identifies a project as a player who “displays tremendous potential ready to be tapped” (Sobleski via Bleacher Report). For the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, he pegged wide receiver Scotty Miller as the most intriguing player.

Miller was the sixth round pick for the Buccaneers in the 2019 NFL Draft and has shown he has speed to burn, which is much needed in Arians’ offensive system. Although Miller is listed at just 5-9 and 174 pounds, he put on a show at Bowling Green State’s pro day and put himself in position to be drafted.
