The Tampa Bay Buccaneers made some noise Monday morning by releasing punter Michael Koenen, who had been with the team the past four seasons. The roster has to be cut to 75 players by 4 p.m. today so I don’t think the Bucs wanted to waste a spot on an extra punter.
