With one more day until the 2019 NFL Draft, draft boards, team needs, and priorities are being finalized as the mayhem is set to begin on Thursday night. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have team needs throughout their defense, but one are in particular which needs addressed is their pass rush.
Only one player in 2018 had double-digit sacks in Jason Pierre-Paul, and while the Buccaneers signed Shaquil Barrett to a one-year deal during free agency, another edge rusher will be selected during the draft. While Carl Nassib was a nice pick up off of the waivers a year ago after he was cut by the Cleveland Browns, 2016 second rounder Noah Spence may be on his last leg in Tampa Bay, giving the Buccaneers virtually no depth behind Barrett off the edge.
