The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have not been shy about targeting and drafting players from small schools. In the past, offensive linemen Ali Marpet and Alex Cappa have both come from smaller schools, and even though Noah Spence started his college career at Ohio State, he was drafted out of Northern Kentucky as well.
There are a number of talented prospects in this year’s draft class that happen to align with team needs for the Buccaneers. With holes still all over the defense, expect the majority of general manager Jason Licht’s energy to be devoted to that side of the football.
